Requests. Order details go server-side to the studio Telegram bot so we can reply.
Statistics. TOP.ONE.RU counts visits using random visitor and session identifiers and technical connection data; it does not receive form names or contacts from us.
AI chat. Chat messages are sent through the protected server proxy to produce replies.
Retention. Requests and consent records are normally kept until completion and then for up to 3 years; room messages — up to 48 hours.
Rooms. Multi-user chat stores nicknames, hashed passwords, messages and short-lived presence only for the room to work.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
Security. Passwords are hashed, endpoints are same-site protected and runtime files are not served publicly.
